(From left) Marchia Bond, Christy Jones and Doug Grothe, with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, tour Martis Creek Lake and Dam following an emergency response exercise in Truckee, Calif., Aug. 29, 2012. The exercise provided federal, state and local agencies an opportunity to work alongside each other and evaluate current emergency response plans and capabilities.
