Description CERDEC Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate’s Russ Draper demonstrated the latest developments in heads-up helmet-mounted displays to Mary Miller, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology (DASA (R&T)) during her visit Friday to CERDEC's Fort Belvoir location. Hands-free helmet-mounted displays are critical to a Soldier’s ability to maintain situational awareness, and it reduces cognitive and physical burdens.
