English: The General Staff Tower (Matcal) is a military and government office building located in Camp Rabin in Kirya, Tel Aviv-Yafo. The tower, which is 16 stories above the ground, is used by senior IDF officials and the Ministry of Defense.

עברית: מגדל המטכ"ל (או מגדל המצפ"ה) הוא מבנה משרדים צבאיים וממשלתיים השוכן במחנה רבין שבקריה, בתל אביב-יפו. המגדל, שבו 16 קומות מעל הקרקע, משמש את בכירי צה"ל ומשרד הביטחון.
