Studium niekompletnej zbroi złożonej z kirysu, niemal niewidocznego na rysunku naplecznika, karwasza i szyszaka. Napierśnik był eksponowany na Wystawie Starożytności, o czym świadczy fotografia w Albumie Karola Beyera wraz z towarzyszącym objaśnieniem: „N. 2006 Kirys z blachy żelaznej z XVI w. (...) Ze zbiorów Jerzego Xcia Lubomirskiego w Przeworsku i Krakowie” (Beyer 1859, Tab. XV). Szyszak taki, jak na rysunku Matejki, ukazany jest bez opisu na tej samej tablicy w Albumie, w centrum niższego rzędu. |
