Bahasa Indonesia: gotong royong, demikian yang tercermin dalam perayaan maudu lompoa di cikoang kabupaten Takalar, dalam perayaan maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW ini warga berjibaku merayakannya setiap tahun. mereka biasanya membuat replika kapal kecil yang dihias dan berisi makanan seperti telur yang jumlahnya hingga ratusan biji, kemudian ada ketan dan aneka benda yang dianggap dapat dijadikan sedekah dalam pesta ini. kemudain replika kapal ini diarak ke laut untuk dilepas ke lautan bebas.
