Deutsch: Fotograf Holzham machte 1901 Aufnahmen, die eine zeigt Reger auf einem Felsen sitzend, die andere Reger (mit Zigarre) und Lindner stehend. Beide Male sind die gleiche Fichtenschonung und die ferne Waldhorizontlinie zu erkennen.
1996 glaubte Forstdirektor a. D. Böhm, den links abgebildeten Granit-Wollsack- Felsen am Kaiserberg beim Fichtelsee gefunden zu haben. Doch dessen Lage abseits der Strecke Fichtelberg-Ochsenkopf, die Morphologie des Felsens und eine dort fehlende vergleichbare Horizontlinie sprechen dagegen. Auf Anregung von Gymnasial-Musiklehrer Peter K. Donhauser (Amberg) machte sich Landschaftsarchitekt Rainer Küstner (Warmensteinach) 2020 erneut auf die Suche. Am seit 1901 kaum verändert bestehenden Weg stieß er auf diesen Felsen, der der "richtige" Max Reger Felsen ist. |
