English: Meanders of the Teign. Seen from the edge of Binney Tip, the old clay waste heap northwest of Preston 1736942 and south of the Southacre Quarry SX8575. In shadow, upper right, is a similar angular grassed waste heap near Newbridge Quarry 1660161. I have yet to discover its name. The people walking on the far bank are on the excellent Templer Way. Something like a reverse view is 1371727 |
