Description
Deutsch: 1914 wurde von Olga Friedemann und Helene Neumann der "Königsberger Hausfrauenbund", gegründet, der den Beruf der Hauswirtschaftleiterin einführte. Die für ganz Deutschland erste Prüfung zur staatlich anerkannten "Meisterin der Hauswirtschaft" fand 1926 in Königsberg statt. Die Abbildung zeigt die Absolventen der Prüfung als Beweis für die geschichtlichen Grundlagen
