The factual accuracy of this chemistry-related file is disputed.
The dispute is about: The 3D chemical structure is unlikely to be anything like this with the peptide backbone stretching out as linearly as possible. Polypeptides fold. When they are depicted in 3D, there should be at least some attempt to base it on an x-ray crystal structure, or a computationally minimized structure, or at the very least a plausible conformation.
