Memo for flies (Centennial File) Feb. 20, 1963 Mr. Simon informed me this morning he had a letter from Representative May of the So. Carolina Monument Commission they they had approval of N.P.S. to dedicate their memorial at 10:30 AM July 2, 1963. As a result of this call from Mr. Simon I wrote him this letter. SGS Parade starts in town at 10 AM July 2.
