Description
English: Memorial to Edward Adrian Wilson Born in Cheltenham, Wilson was one of the five-man team that reached the South Pole on 18 January 1912, only to find it had been claimed by Norwegian, Roald Amundsen and his team 5 weeks earlier.

He died along with Captain Scott on the Great Ice Barrier in 1912 and is buried there.
