English: Memorial to General Lewis Owain Pugh. Memorial to Major General Lewis Owain Pugh (1907-1981) , who served in the Far East during and after WWI and was later Colonel of the Gurkha Brigade. The memorial is on a hillside above Eglwys Fach and was erected in 1984.
