MEMORIAL TO THE ROYAL NAVAL BRIGADE. THIS characteristic memorial tablet has Just been erected in the monumental chambers of the Kensal-green Cemetery by the surviving officers of the Royal Naval Brigade, to the memory of the officers and men of that Brigade who fell in the trenches at the siege of Sebasto hL The location of the tablet has been dictated by a circumstance wih is highly honourable to those concerned. It appears that the officers of the Naval Brigade wished to include the names of their humbler comrades, and by so doing were prevented from placing the memorial in either of our cathedrals or national establishments.,and MRe belonging to the ROYAL NAVAL BR;IADE, who fell at the Siege of Sevastopol, A.D MDCCCLIY AND MDCCCLY.
