Description
Deutsch: Dachstuhl des Poenigeturms in Menden (Sauerland), Turmstraße.
Im mittelalterlichen restaurierten Gefängnisturm, in dem damals die Opfer des Hexenwahns im 17. Jahrhundert gefangen gehalten wurden, befinden sich als dauerhafte Kunstausstellung 47 "Hexenschreine", die auf besondere Weise an viele unschuldige Menschen, die gefoltert und hingerichtet wurden, erinnern sollen. Künstlerinnen der Schreine sind die 2015 verstorbene Mendenerin Ulla Brockfeld und Dagmar Müller aus Iserlohn.
