Description
English: Overdrive bass sound. The bass signal is split into two into Lin6 Helix plugin: a distorted track and a clean track. The clean track has very few treble, while the saturated track has very few low frequencies. This maintains a clean low end and preserves clarity.

Bass is an Sire Marcus Miller V7 Jazz Bass (both pickups on, passive), played with a pick in drop D.

Saturated track : Noise gate, comp, EQ (-15 db at 31 Hz, -12 dB at 65 Hz, -10 dB at 125 Hz, -15db at 16k Hz), drive 1 ("deranged master" : sim of a Rangemaster treble booster), drive 2 ("L6 distortion"), another EQ (-10 db at 31 Hz, -5dB at 62.5 Hz, +4 dB at 1k Hz, -6 dB at 2k Hz, -15 db at 8k Hz, -13,7 dB at 16k Hz), Ampeg SVT amp and cab (6x10) sim.

Clean track : comp, G Cougar 800 (Galien Krueger 800RB) amp + 4x10 Ampeg HLF cab sim, EQ (-7 db at 31Hz, -2.9 dB at 1k Hz, -6 dB at 2k Hz, -15dB at 4k, 8k and 16k Hz)
