Description

MTA New York City Transit has provided 60 buses to help Metro-North Railroad's New Haven Line passengers connect to trains after a Con Edison power feeder failure in Mount Vernon on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. These buses are lined up at the Rye Metro-North station for a shuttle to White Plains on the Harlem Line.
