Description |
Italiano: Il dispositivo è composto da una contenitore in metallo di forma eptagonale. La cui parte frontale è avvitata e presenta un ampio foro coperto da una sottile tela di seta (?). All'interno del dispositivo, in corrispondenza del foro con tela, è presente la capsula di trasduzione contenente granuli di carbone. Grazie a due borchie metalliche, presenti su due lati dell'eptagono, il microfono veniva sospeso mediante elastici o molle di acciaio armonico (mancanti). Infine due serrafili permettevano il collegamento elettrico del dispositivo.
