Description
English: Midland Red North "Mercian Minibus" Sherpa 72 (D72 YRF), and an Alexander J Type bodied Daimer Fleetline, which I believe to be 6193 (UHA 193H), outside Tamworth depot during August or early September 1986. The Fleetline has a front panel which is not standard for the H-registered batch and appears to have been transplanted from a J-registered example. It was withdrawn from service a couple of months later along with all other remaining examples, and passed to Ribble. The Sherpa minibus, almost brand new at this time, was only to last less than four years in service.
