Description
English: Milford Bridge (No 105), Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal This is a turnover bridge, sometimes called a roving bridge. The towpath crosses from the left to the right of the canal. This kind of bridge allowed the horse doing the towing to cross without being unhitched from the boat.
