Summary edit

Description
English: Mill Creek The tidal creek that once served the mill was, at one point, a former mouth of the River Ouse. It silted up in the 18th century and was replaced by a new entrance to the west. It remained connected to the river until the late 19th century when the harbour was developed for the cross channel ferry trade.
