English: Miller Street, Clydebank An eastbound electric unit hurries across Miller Street bridge just west of Clydebank station. The dominating clock tower in the background indicated white-collar pride in administering the burgh and the blue crane beyond that was a mark of blue-collar pride that the Clyde dominated the world's shipbuilding. Today, in a changed world, the municipal buildings are a museum and the Titan crane is a tourist attraction on the campus of a new college. |
