Description
English: A preserved Great Western Railway box van (telegraphic code 'mink') in the sidings at Minehead station on the West Somerset Railway. 139760 was fitted with vaccuum brakes and built to diagram V23 which conforms to the then-current (1923) Railway Clearing House specifications to allow easy exchange with other railways.
