ASHE COUNTY NORTH CAROLINA 66 ASHE BAPTIST ASSOCIA TION Section 5. The Committee on Place and Preacher shall consist ofthree members who may be appointed by the Moderator with theconsent of the Association. At each annual session this Committeeshall recommend to the Association a place or places for the holdingof the annual meeting of the Association and shall designate a ministerto deliver the Associational Sermon and an alternate. Section 6. The Resolutions Committee shall consist of threemembers to be appointed by the Moderator. This committee shallprepare and submit to the Association such resolutions as it mayconsider pertinent and proper for the good of the body. Section 7. The Moderator shall name a nominating committee offive members who shall bring to the next annual session followingtheir appointment, nominations for the several officers of theassociation, including , Moderator, Vice-Moderator, andClerk/Treasurer.
