Centsprent, oblong, met 2 omkaderde houtsneden. Op de rechterzijde een afbeelding van Jezus aan het kruis en Maria aan zijn voeten, met een gebed waarin de zegen voor het huis wordt gevraagd. Aan de linkerzijde het opschrift: Mirakuleus beeld van O.-L.-V. te Scherpenheuvel ; Image miraculeuse de N.-D. , à Montaigu, met een afbeelding van Maria met kind, drie mensen eronder, en een gebed daaronder.
