Summary edit

Description
English: Missing bridge on the Trent & Mersey. In the 19th century, a track-way led down past Ragley Barn, across the canal and over the fields to what is now the A5132. Over time, the track-way fell into disuse but the bridge stood well into the 20th century. Now, all that remains is this kink in the canal tow-path and a bank in the woods to the right. That's a pity, because Ragley Barn is now The Ragley Boat Stop pub and its impossible to get there without walking to Deepdale Bridge and risking life and limb on Deepdale Lane.
