Summary

edit
Description The Palace of Culture, built as a present from Stalin to the inhabitants Warsaw and so much hated for many years is now one of the most loved buildings of Warsaw. With Stalin dead and Soviet dictatorship over, the palace changed its character from sinister to weird and clumsy in a friendly way. Also, it's interesting from the point of view of urban design.
