Description
Deutsch: Zellzyklusstadien, wie angegeben. Ausschnitte aus Präparaten mit Formaldehyd-fixieren menschlichen kultivierten Krebszellen (HeLa-Zellen, eine Cervix-Carcinom Zell-Linie), die mit dem DNA-Farbstoff DAPI gefärbt wurden. Alle Bilder sind mit normaler Epifluoreszenz-Mikroskopie aufgenommen und mit dem gleichen Maßstab vergrößert.
English: Cell cycle stages as indicated. "frühe" means early and "späte" means late. Human cervix carcinoma cells (HeLa cells) were fixed with formaldehyde, stained for DNA with DAPI and recorded with normal epifluorescence microscopy. All images are at the same scale.
