Przedsięwzięcie Modern Talking prezentuje fotografie niezwykłej, modernistycznej, przedwojennej architektury Bielska-Białej oraz jej współczesnych, powojennych realizacji. W jej teoretycznych modelach, powstała jako funkcjonalny sposób na praktyczne zaspokojenie, podstawowych ludzkich potrzeb. Podwaliny architektury modernistycznej znanej również jako styl międzynarodowy uformowali La Corbusier, Walter Gropius. Proste, geometryczne formy, wyzbycie się eklektyzmu, praktyczna funkcjonalność, w oficjalnym przekazie, temu miała służyć architektoniczna propozycja protoplastów tego stylu. La Corbusier stwierdził wręcz, że „dom jest maszyną do mieszkania”. Przechadzając się ulicami Bielska-Białej, niewątpliwie zauroczyć się można, estetyczną prostotą, funkcjonalną erudycją, minimalistyczną celnością szczegółu, geometrycznymi, współczesnymi formami.
