English: The finger post at the junction of Milton Hill with Yallands Hill in Monkton Heathfield. When it was erected the latter road was designated as the A361 but this has been rerouted so modern maps show it as the A3259. The distances shown are (westwards) 24¾ miles to Minehead, 2¼ miles to Taunton and 51¾ miles to Barnstaple; (eastwards) 8 miles to Bridgwater and 19 miles to Glastonbury; (south) ⅓ mile to Bathpool. |
