| Description |
English: Montgomery Canal bridge No. 103 and the A483 With the closure of the canal many road bridges that were either poorly maintained or in the way of road improvement were knocked down and became a "drain" which linked the two isolated sections of the canal. This crossing at Penthryn-fawr is little above canal level. There is an ongoing debate as to how the canal will be crossed in the future, as there is a road safety issue with junctions close to this point. |
