Français : Il s'agit, en fait, d'une maison de maître accolée à un ensemble de bâtis.( grand moulin, petit moulin, manufacture d'impression d'indiennes, bâtiments agricoles). La façade s'ouvre sur un "début" de parc à l'anglaise. Le tout est situé au bord du fleuve Lez.
