Установлен на территории церкви Воскресения Христова. 19 июня 1919 года выдавалась соль крестьянам, в семьях которых не было дезертиров. Толпа дезертиров под руководством сына бывшего станового пристава в 11 часов дня подошла к зданию волисполкома и потребовала выдачи соли наравне со всеми. Получив отказ, дезертиры схватили члена ВИКа Иванова, председателя ВИКа коммуниста Антонова и еще пятерых человек. От ран и побоев умерли трое. На следующий день оставшихся в живых заставили вырыть себе могилу и закопали четверых живых людей. Через час после расправы из Вышнего Волочка подошел отряд красноармейцев.
