Description
Español: Monumento a San Juan de Dios, obra en bronce de Darío Fernández Parra (Sevilla, 1973-) del año 2006, en Málaga, España. El monumento se levanta en el centro de una glorieta situada en el interior del recinto del centro asistencial San Juan de Dios, en el número 126 del camino Casabermeja, distrito Ciudad Jardín. La obra representa al santo entregado a una de sus tareas asistenciales en actitud de servir de guía a un indigente arrodillado. El rostro del santo se inspira en los retratos pictóricos de Alonso Sánchez Coello, Pedro Raxis y Juan de Sevilla (Sánchez López, J. A. Paseos por la escultura pública de Málaga. Málaga: Universidad de Málaga, 2007, p. 183).
