English: Monument to Lt Gen William Hargrave (1672-1751), in the south aisle of the nave of Westminster Abbey, London by Louis Francois-Roubiliac, erected 1757. A naked Hargraves is shown emerging from a sarcophagus as an angel sounds the last trump, while to the right Time defeats the skeleton of death and the painted stone background depicts a collapsing pyramid.
