Description

O Monumento ao Pescador destaca-se na rotunda junto ao Santuário da Senhora d’Agonia, na Ribeira de Viana do Castelo. Esculpido em bronze, apresenta figuras representando pescadores com movimentos alusivos ao labor do mar.

Da autoria do escultor José Rodrigues, foi inaugurado em Dezembro de 1989 para homenagear os pescadores, uma das mais emblemáticas profissões do concelho.
