English: Monuments in the landscape The capstone of Parc-y-llyn burial chamber can be seen directly ahead, beside the fence and below the T-shaped electricity or telephone pole.
The northern skyline is Mynydd Ysgubor but below that can just be discerned the rocks of the Garn Turne monument, to the right of a building. Such sightlines are likely to have been significant in the choice of location for these ancient monuments. |
