Deutsch: Moorrege (Schleswig-Holstein) - Werftweg 6 - Wohnhaus der Jacobswerft von 1862

- Das abgebildete Wohnhaus gehörte zur ehemaligen Jacobswerft. Es ist durch Modernisierungen stark verändert, als Baujahr ist am Giebel das Jahr 1862 angegeben.
- Die Jacobswerft entstand nach der Schedelgarschen Werft (später Schülerwerft) als zweite Moorreger Schiffswerft im Jahr 1827. Von ihrer Lage her wurde sie auch als Geestwerft bezeichnet. Detlef Friedrich Schedelgar, ein Sohn des Gründers der Schedelgarschen Werft, ließ am Täberg ein Wohnhaus bauen, planierte das Gelände für den Werftbetrieb und errichtete zwei Helgen (Hellinge). 1832, nach dem frühen Tod des Gründers, verkaufte dessen Witwe die Werft an Johann Jacob Finck. Das Wohnhaus wurde vergrößert, eine Gastwirtschaft wurde eingerichtet und zwei zusätzliche Helgen entstanden - später kam noch ein fünfter hinzu. 1858 erbte Heinrich Jacobs die Werft, nachdem seine Ehefrau Elsabe geb. Finck verstorben war. Von da blieb die Werft in der Familie Jacobs.
- Es wurden hauptsächlich Ewer gebaut, zunächst in Holzbauweise, ab 1889 auch Schiffe aus Eisen. Für die neue Bauweise hat man eine zusätzliche Halle für die Maschinen der Eisenbearbeitung errichtet. 1959 wurde die Werft stillgelegt.
