Description
Deutsch: Ankylose zwischen Manubrium und Corpus sterni. Auch wenn die hypertrophen Ossifikationen des vorderen Längsbandes in diesem Fall mehr an eine diffuse idiopathische Skeletthyperostose denken lassen, ist die Ankylose eher ein möglicher Hinweis auf einen Morbus Bechterew oder andere rheumatische Erkrankungen. Eine manubriosternale Ankylose wird jedoch auch mit einer Häufigkeit von ca. 5 % in der Normalbevölkerung angegeben.
