Deutsch: Vor einer weiten Landschaft steht dominierend die Gestalt der hl. Justina, Patronin von Padua, mit ihrem Attribut, dem Einhorn und dem knienden, in Verehrung zu ihr aufblickenden Stifter zu ihrer Linken. Venezianisches Kolorit überlagert Moretto in den Werken dieser Phase durch einen kühlen Silberton. Gilt Moretto aufgrund seiner ausgewogenen, harmonischen Kompositionen als der "Raffael Oberitaliens", so gleicht er auch in seiner Suche nach den anmutigsten Ausdrucksformen dem großen Meister.
