Summary

edit
Description The Morey-Lampert House in South Bend, IN (1895). It was built for Dr. George P. Morey. He allegedly purchased a large stained glass window at the World's Columbian Exposition and wanted to design a house that would showcase it. It was placed over the main stairway. Morey gave the house to his daughter Helen Morey Lampert as a wedding gift in 1908. It remained in the Lampert family until 1967.
