Summary
editDescriptionMorey in ruins - geograph.org.uk - 1704494.jpg |
English: Morey in ruins This terrace appears to have been made up of three houses, though there are only two front doors. The central unit has a slightly lower roof line, and the front wall leans slightly forward out of vertical. The decaying remains of a gable end of an earlier stone-built building adjoin the left end of the buildings still here, but the state of the roofs suggests that these houses will soon be equally ruinous. The only route in for vehicles is by a muddy track via Wether Hill Farm, but on foot, you have more choice, as the buildings are at a cross-roads of footpaths, though none of them look to be well-used. |
