Description 34 destroyers of the U.S. Navy, decommissioned in 1921, and tied up at the San Diego Naval Base, California (USA), being hauled from their berths by tugs to replace ships of the 11th and 12th Destroyer Squadrons which were being laid up. USS Long (DD-209) can be seen as tugs prepare to move her out, 21 September 1929.
