Description
English: Geysers are hot springs that episodically erupt columns of water. They occur in few places on Earth. The highest concentration of geysers anywhere is at the Yellowstone Hotspot Volcano (northwestern Wyoming, USA). Mouth Geyser is a small feature in the western Geyser Hill Group of Yellowstone’s Upper Geyser Basin. It is located between Marmot Cave Geyser and the Dwarfs. Mouth Geyser’s vent is ovoid to arcuate and steep-walled. Its appearance and behavior varies from year to year. It can be empty or submerged and pulsing or erupting with subvertical to angled splashes less than one foot high.
