Description
English: Mrs. Mary B. Pollock was a volunteer nurse who served for two years with the U.S. Army of the Potomac (Union) during the American Civil War. Her duty stations included Beaufort and Hilton Head, South Carolina, among other locations. Post-war, she was a member of the National Association of Civil War Army Nurses, and resided in San Luis Obispo, California in 1910.
