Description
English: Mt. Sasakurayama, that is the highest mountain of Nanatsumori mountains group in Taiwa-cho, Miyagi prefecture, Japan. Taken from the pedestrian bridge between Kamo and Choumeigaoka in Sendai city.
日本語:宮城県黒川郡大和町の笹倉山。七ツ森の中の最も標高の高い山。

写っている片側三車線の道路は宮城県道264号大衡仙台線。 仙台市泉区の加茂団地(右方面)と長命ヶ丘団地(左方面)の間にかかる歩道橋上から、北北西に向いて撮影。

他の山や丘と連ならず孤立しているので、この構図のように市街地から見ると、浮き上がるように目立って見える。
