Summary edit

Description
English: Mulberry Caisson Remains, Aldwick Beach One of three in the vicinity of Bognor but probably the most easily accessible. Pagham Harbour was used for storage prior to the D Day landings with many being towed out and sunk off Bognor before being refloated and taken across the channel. Unfortunately, this piece sunk too fast into the sand and remained behind. In the foreground and scattered across the beach are a few of the Bognor Rocks that extend out to sea within this grid square.
