Description
English: Museumkelder Derlon, Maastricht, the Netherlands. A fragment (a hand) of a equstrial statue of Jupiter that was once venerated at the Roman shrine near the Meuse bridge and the Roman highway from Bavay to Cologne. Note: This fragment was not part of the statue of Jupiter that once stood on the 10 meter high Jupiter column that formed the centre piece of the shrine.
