English: Mustard fish curry Recipe(for 2 kg fish)

1.Marinade the fish by adding enough turmeric, 4 tbsp.salt, 1/2 tbsp. pepper for 30 mins. 2.Deep fry the fish till its crispy 3. In a separate pan, pour 350ml of mustard oil. 4. Let oil get heated, two tablespoons full of Panch Foran 5.Add 130gm of yellow mustard paste, add 4 tablespoons of garlic, salt, red chili powder 3tablespoon of coriander powder and fry the mixture till oil gets at the surface 6.Add water(for thin gravy add enough) and fish and let it boil for 20 min. on medium flame

7. turn off the flame, add green coriander leaves.
