English: Supplementary Movie 4 HeLa cells were treated with control siRNA and starved for one hour in HBSS. Following fixation, cells were immunostained for TGN46, ATG9A, and VPS35 and subjected to confocal microscopy. 3D z-stack visualization is shown.
