| Description |
English: Mutton gravy is a most popular and favorite recipe for all non veg lovers. Here, Mutton gravy recipe is made by Chettinad cuisine method. In this method of cooking, we add homemade spice mixture. This spice enhances the taste of this recipe. This is taken as side dish for rice and even combined with idly and dosa. When stuffed inside dosa, it is termed as Kari dosa another wonderful recipe for breakfast.
Here we cook washed mutton with shallot (where we add the equal amount of shallot and mutton). When it it cook for 15 minutes at medium flame, the mutton gets cooked well and water gets extracted from the combo. After then spices and garam masala are added and flame is turned off at required consistency. This is one of the tempting recipes, which make us to eat more. |
